How to check and maintain the transducer of the tensile  test machine

Specific step are as follow：

1.The transducer of the tensile test machine AC input voltage is greater than the maximum , if the primary circuit and input voltage exceeds the limit, or inverter is not running may also cause damage to the inverter circuit board.

2.The temperature measuring instruments to detect frequency tensile testing machine, tensile testing machine inverter, inverter testing machine frequency converter overheated smell.

3.Tensile testing machine shows whether the frequency converter is displayed on the panel output current, voltage, frequency and other data is normal.

4.Look inverter operating temperature is normal, generally within the range of -10 ℃ to 40 degrees Celsius to about 25 ℃ for good.

5.Converter Fan of tensile testing machine is normal, without exception, heat tube patency.

6.The number of frequency conversion tension test machine on the instrument panel is not clear.
